An AMAR make high pressure autoclaves often used in the research and development of various chemicals and in the study of chemical reactions is designed as per the ASME Section VIII Div 1/2. As these reactors are used for high pressure and high temperature applications, the standard range of manufacturing these is 100 bar and 300°C. However, depending on process requirements, these can be customized to include designs upto 350 bar and 500°C and in some cases, even more. While the standard reactor is built in stainless steel.
